Terms Of Conditions

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) benefit program that helps ensure that households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare and more. The benefit provides one discount per month toward internet service for eligible households, and a one-time discount to purchase a tablet from participating providers, such as Free Gov Wireless, if they contribute toward the purchase price. ACP is limited to one monthly service discount and one device discount per household. A household is eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program if the household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, or if a member of the household meets at least one of the criteria: SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit Fund, Lifeline. ACP services will continue for as long as the FCC continues to fund the program. Any device or SIM you already have will be yours to keep. The FCC will determine your eligibility by utilizing the Universal Service Administrative Company’s National Verifier and National Lifeline Accountability Database, or an alternative verification process approved by the FCC.
